Subscription
The services may be/are available in subscription plans of various durations. The subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of each subscription period unless you decide to change the subscription plan to a free plan or inform us that you do not want to renew your subscription. At the time of automatic renewal, the registration fee will be charged to the credit card used for the last time. We offer you the possibility to change the details if you want the renewal payment to be made through a different credit card. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must inform us at least seven days before the renewal date. If you have not downloaded a free plan and you have not informed us that you do not wish to renew your subscription, it will be assumed that the authorized Cool People Network

will charge a subscription fee on the credit card used for the last time.

Each user subscription to the Cool People Network will authorize a User to use the Service through the Cool People Network, subject to the terms of this Service Agreement, along with any other term requested by the Cool People Network. User subscriptions can not be shared or used by more than one user (but can be reassigned from time to time to new users that replace previous users who have ceased to be in your relationship with you or have changed the status or function of work and no longer require the use of the Service).

You will not be asked to purchase a subscription to use any Service paid as a result of registering for any Service. We reserve the right to interrupt, totally or partially, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, any of our Services with or without prior notice. You agree that Cool People Network will not be liable to you or a third party for any related damages resulting from or caused by the modification, suspension or interruption of any of the Services for any reason.
Payment Terms
Payment for Services shall be at prices as agreed upon between you and Cool People Network. We may offer multiple Service Plans for users, with different fees and functionality features for each plan (“Service Plan”). Payment for a Service Plan, if any, shall be made in advance and is non-refundable, that is there will be no refunds, full or partial.

Monitoring
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor access to and use of this site without notice to the user. We may register or register your use in a manner consistent with the provisions of our Privacy Policy, accessible through the Privacy Policy link on the home page of this site.
